I realized

I realized today that next week I am turning 37....37!!! I am now officially closer to my 40's than I am to my 20's. How did this happen? When did this happen? My friends tell me that 40 is the new 30 and that we still rock and I suppose that's true, but darn... getting older ain't all that fun.

    A belated (or maybe on time?) happy birthday to you. My older brother turns 37 this year. As I surpassed my 20s, I realized that no one is TRULY old unless they are older than my parents. And they, obviously, keep getting older... So the line of "old" gets older every year.

    Thanks for the b-day wishes, Scott. I think I'm coming to terms with it! LOL! I like you philosophy on it though, so I'll go with that.
